Yes! You can access our online ordering platform by clicking the yellow “Online Ordering” button on our website or by downloading the REEL Produce app — available on both the App Store and Google Play Store.

REEL is an abbreviation of the names Rosio, Eliana, Estefania, and Luis — the founding family members of REEL Produce! And a special shoutout to Valeria, who joined the family shortly after the company was created. (We’re sorry we couldn’t fit you in the name!)
We deliver to most areas Monday through Saturday. Delivery schedules may vary slightly in Santa Cruz County, Sacramento County, and San Benito County — feel free to contact our office for the most accurate schedule in your area.
Orders must be placed by 11:00 PM for next-day delivery. Orders submitted after the cutoff may be scheduled for the next available delivery date. To avoid delays, please place orders on time.
All claims must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24–48 hours. Please have the invoice number, delivery date, photos of the product, and lot code ready. We may request the return of the physical product.
Claims submitted past the window are not guaranteed for credit or refund.
Yes, same-day delivery is available for customers within a local radius of our San Jose location. Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM to qualify.
Same-day pickups are available if the order is placed by 12:00 PM.
Please allow at least 2 hours for preparation. Call 15 minutes before arrival, and pick up your order at the loading dock.
All pickups must be completed by 2:00 PM — otherwise, pickup will be rescheduled for the next business day.
