REEL Produce offers an optional transactional SMS notification program for customers who choose to receive updates regarding their business transactions.

Where an electronic enrollment form is used, consent must be collected through a clear, optional, unchecked checkbox or another legally appropriate affirmative action.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase goods or services.
REEL Produce maintains consent records as appropriate.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery
SMS delivery depends on participating wireless carriers, network availability, device compatibility, and applicable carrier restrictions.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
REEL Produce cannot guarantee delivery or receipt of every SMS notification.
8. Privacy and Mobile Data
Customer telephone numbers and SMS consent information are used to operate the REEL Produce messaging program.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Information may be provided to messaging service providers only as necessary to operate the program and comply with applicable requirements.
